In the fall of 2014 I found the perfect PhD position at the University of Amsterdam. In the middle of November, I started the preparations for the fieldwork that I will do in primary schools on Sint Maarten within the Imagining the Nation in the Classroom program. In August I will leave for the Caribbean basin for nine interesting months.
